At Scent Specialist, we want to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. Below you’ll find all details about our shipping and return policies, so you know exactly what to expect when placing your order.
Shipping Information
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT+01:00, Amsterdam) are processed the same day.
Delivery within the Netherlands
Orders under €30: delivery within 1–2 business days, shipping costs €4.95.
Orders from €30: delivery within 1–2 business days, free shipping.
Delivery within Europe
Orders under €30: delivery within 1–3 business days, shipping costs €4.95..
Orders from €30: delivery within 1–3 business days, free shipping.
We do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time. If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking code so you can follow your package.
Non-deliverable packages
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you, any additional shipping costs for resending will be your responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
At Scent Specialist, we are dedicated to quality and craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days.
Conditions
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
How to return

Once approved, return the item with a note containing your order details.

Always use a trackable shipping method. Returns sent without tracking that are lost cannot be refunded.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or an error has been made by us.
Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with photos and details. We will resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return your item and place a new order.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. If it has already been shipped, please wait for delivery and then arrange a return. Shipping costs are not refundable once the package has left our warehouse.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days via your original payment method.
